Memory Lane

I saw this on my friends blog, and thought it looked like a lot of fun....

Here are the directions....

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I have together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember...

2. Next, repost these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave a memory for you!

Thanks Heather, this is a fun one!

I think that one of the most memorable for me is when I first had the boys. You were so caring and helpful, always coming over and assisting me. I remember waking up one time after having had a very rough night, and there you were already, just sitting on my couch holding one of the boys. I was so thankful for you and your knowledge and friendship! And still am!
And....Crab Pot stacks up there too!
Love you girl! I am thankful for all of the fun memories!

I have so many fond memories of spending time with you. Most of those moments were spent gorging ourselves with food, and talking an insane amount. You are like free instant therapy!
One of my favorites though, would have to be when I came into town because Jolene passed away, and you and Erin took me out. We went to the Crab Pot and then to Cold Stone. I can't tell you how much being with you and talking truly helped me!
You are an amazing woman. And I am so grateful to have you in my life!

I'm LOOKING FORWARD to our memory of SYTYCD! That is gonna be so stinkin fun!!!! Memories from the past year include preschool fun (I think the experiments day was the best: mentos and coke!), ladies nights & crazy pictures, wedding flowers, and lots and lots of talking. I agree with Karine, you are like free therapy. Thanks for being a good listener. To be specific though, it was pretty funny when you got pulled over and called the cop out on his crap about clocking you when you mentioned Tim works for Seattle (b/c he was driving up hill while we were going down). Way to go smooth talker! We shoulda gone down that one-way street the wrong way in front of him just for kicks!

Gotta be the time when we used to make movies downstairs when we lived in Provo. The Karate kid...singing to Momma and Poppas. Good times

I have to say that one of my memories of you is more recent. When we had our little get together at DJ's and Anissa's and you walked in with all your kiddos (I think it was 5 at the time?). You were so calm, loving, and totally composed the whole time. I was so amazed and admired how beautiful you were and are as a mother. What a special gift you have!

...I remember girls night out last summer. We played Uno at the park until got kicked out by a cop when it was too dark...no fun! But, to make up for it we ate donuts and drank milk at the hoppin' local grocery store. Good girly times! Love you Erin! ~Melissa

There have been a few fun memories that we have had in the past. I remember in Ocean Shores on our log you crawling up it like a tiger.:) Grrr! That was pretty stinkin funny. I remember laughing a lot during those first model shots that we took. I also remember you being there for me with our adoption. It was such a blessing to have you to help us with the other side of the adoption process. I still remember telling you guys about Isabella on your birthday. You are right, time does fly by! Thanks for the fun times and the sentimental ones as well!:)

Hey Erin! We look forward to seeing more on your blog soon, if you have the time. I'm sure life is busier then ever. Just know that we're thinking about you and we'll try to call soon! Love you lots!
